The event was a huge success and sold out in just four days! Over 300 people arrived at Palace Ballroom in downtown Seattle to sample superior local beer and bites from popular Seattle restaurants. Guests were offered twelve different and exquisite pairings of local food from restaurants designed to accentuate and compliment their local craft beer counterpart.
Guests cast votes, at a dollar per vote, for their favorite pairings offered throughout the evening. At 8:00 PM, voting jars were collected and people flooded to the Washington Wild table to tender their last minute votes for their favorite pairings. The first place winner of the 4th Annual Craft Beer + Food People’s Choice award was Beardslee Public House, to open soon in Bothell, which provided both the food and beverage for their pairing. Coming in as runner-up was Brewshed® Partner, Reuben’s Brews and Dahlia Bakery.

Craft Beer + Food raised over $10,400 for Washington Wild in one evening! We offer a heartfelt thanks to all the people that made this event not only possible, but a huge success including: Kendall and Kim Jones, all of the volunteers, the Palace Ballroom staff, the participating restaurants, and of course the participating breweries, Brewshed® partners or not, alike!
